Introduction to Foundational Practice
A practical entry point into the wider Behavioural Safety Framework for staff working with children and young people.
Help staff understand each child, strengthen relationships and support learning through communication, de-escalation and safer professional decisions.
Approximately 90–120 minutes, combining video, written learning, reflection and assessment, with a certificate on successful completion.
